She then worked in the Veteran's Administration in Bay Pines, Florida and traveled around to nursing homes for a short time. Tired of the hot weather, she decided to move to an area with four seasons. For the last 20 years she has lived in Illinois. She has worked in two separate ENT clinics in the suburbs. In 2003, she returned to school and received her Doctoral degree from Salus University in Pennsylvania. She loves the diagnostic and rehabilitative aspects of audiology as well as getting to work with others towards a solution for their hearing problems.
